Talent Vision 360 understands the importance of privacy and we are committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Act”) the Australian Privacy Principles (the ‘APPs’) set out in schedule 1 of the Act (“Privacy Laws”).   5. To assist us to make Talent Vision 360’s services more valuable to our clients and candidates including by statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure interest in specific areas and articles posted on our site;

  8. To third parties where we have retained those third parties to assist us to provide the services you have requested, such as psychometric evaluations or other skills tests and, in the case of candidates, to prospective contractors/ employers with your prior consent;
  9. To comply with any law, rule or regulation, lawful and binding determination, decision or direction of a regulator, or in cooperation with any governmental authority of any country.

We will not intentionally disclose (and will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the accidental disclosure of) your personal information to third parties, whether for such third-party marketing purposes or otherwise, except where we believe we are under a legal duty to do so.

If we are unable to collect your personal information, we may not be able to provide our services to you or provide you with full access to our Website. It therefore may also not be possible for you to interact with us using a pseudonym.

Keeping Your Personal Information Up-To-Date

If you wish to change your personal information that is out of date or inaccurate – please contact us. After notice from you, we will take reasonable steps to correct any of your information which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We will not charge you for making the request to access change or delete information. If you wish to have your personal information deleted let us know and we will delete that information wherever lawful and practicable. You should be aware that we are lawfully required to retain certain personal information such as payroll records and this information will not be deleted.

We may refuse your request to amend or delete your personal information in certain circumstances. If we do refuse your request, we will provide you with a reason for our decision and, in the case of amendment, we will note on your personal information that you have disputed its accuracy.
